Professional Kitchen Steward

Responsibilities

  • General professional kitchen cleaning
  • Refrigerator cleaning and maintenance.
  • Responsible for kitchen laundry and laundry of all kitchen/dining linen.
  • In charge of kitchen storage
  • Fumigation and pesticide maintenance
  • De-scaling with appropriate chemicals usage
  • Degreasing of kitchen equipment
  • Scouring and cleaning extractor fans
  • Assist cook mate and all other duties as assigned. 

Competency/Skill/Requirements

  • Minimum of SCCE experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience required.
  • Must have professional deep cleaning experience
  • Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety;
  • High precision and accuracy, attention to details
  • Ability to work in a team.
